ICONIC ANTIQUE VTG CHINESE STERLING SILVER ART GLASS DRAGON BRACELET. This is a RARE and STUPENDOUS vintage Chinese sterling silver bracelet. This bracelet is masterfully crafted in a sculptural and iconic dragon motif that is exquisitely detailed. The front of the bracelet has the dragon’s head (black stone or enamel eyes in gold vermeil bezels), tail and there are two oval faceted lavender art glass cabochons on either side of the dragon’s head and tail. The art glass cabochons are held with the dragon’s hands and feet, and are set with an open back to allow the light to pass through the cabochons and really make them sparkle! The sides and back of the bracelet represent the dragon’s body and tail and have hand chased scales and a raised spine. The bracelet is hinged on one side and has a pin type closure with a screw that secures the two ends together (please see close-up photo). This bracelet is extremely well made in a sophisticated and striking design it would be a grand asset to any antique and vintage jewelry collection! SIZE: Inside circumference when closed is 7-1/8″, inside diameter is 2-1/2″, width at widest is 1-1/2, and weight is 40.5 grams. CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition no dents or dings no chips, cracks, or damage to art glass cabochons no damage noted just about PERFECT pre-loved condition!
