This is a vast sale covering many categories of collecting including fine bronzes, many incredible old paintings, wood and stone carvings, porcelain, jade, and many other fine and rarely found items. This sale also features early and ancient artifacts from the prominent A Abraham of Toronto that owned the Imperial jade shop in the famous King Edward hotel. This inkstone is a unique example that is finely carved throughout. This inkstone is from the important Abraham estate collection that has been packed away in storage since the shop closed in 1977. The inkstone has a great design with dragon among clouds. The inkstone has carved writing to the back side. The inkstone is in need of a very good cleaning, but we like to leave everything estate fresh as we find it. The inkstone is otherwise in good condition.
