Vermeer is literally a famous figure when it comes to Chinese ceramics starting his career in the late 1960s in his early 20s. With close to 50 years experience Mr. Vermeer was thought by many to be one of the worlds top Chinese ceramic experts. This censer is a great example that is finely detailed throughout. This censer is from a prominent Chinese familys estate in Toronto. The censer shows good signs of legitimate age and use throughout with some very fine detailing. As you can see the censer also comes with an old black & white photograph that was taken of the censer in the earlier 1900s period. As your can see this censer is estate fresh and is in need of a good cleaning. The censer is otherwise in substantially fine condition as seen with no damage, or repairs.
