Very rare antique Chinese late Qing Dynasty brown Kesi (K’o-Ssu) silk tapestry dragon robe (Ji-Fu). Featuring 9 golden 5-claw dragons with clouds, bats, cranes, double-happiness characters and Taoist treasure symbols. Lined with light blue fabric and complete with golden brocade trims, 5 gilt-metal toggle buttons and horse-hoof cuffs lined with blue brocade woven with small roundels. Ndition: Good overall, wear and damage from age, particularly splits and losses on the shoulders and cuffs. Measurements: Cuff to cuff 210cm, collar to hem 134cm, armpit to armpit 72cm.
