Antique Carved Pagodas, Impressive Oriental Carved Dragons Chasing Pearl. On offer is this fabulous pair of important carved and stained pagodas. Please see below for many more photographs. Measuring approximately 30 tall (including finials). These are simply stunning. The detail is amazing. The bases are inlaid and carved, with Greek Key pattern surrounding the very bottom and top. Each panel depicts something different. One side of the panels have intricately carved and stained dragons chasing the pearl. The opposite side has wonderful birds of paradise. The top sections are detailed with the same Greek Key pattern to the base, then the little fences, all intricately made to sit in place between carved slots, some of the top sections of the verandas have come away, clearly seen in the photographs but can be set back to sit in place. This can easily be resolved by keeping the photographs below as reference to put any sections which might slot out of place. There is one section which holds a bell into place missing and a missing bell on one other section. The bells are all hand carved and attached with metal wires to look like chains and the bells move when the breeze through the window meets them.
