Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a beautiful 19th Century Chinese Cloisonné on bronze dragon bowl, Tongzhi Mark, Qing Dynasty. This bowl is beautifully marked in Cloisonné enamels on base with character reign mark. The interior decoration features two dark blue enameled facing 5-toed dragons surrounded by bright green lotus flowers in background. Front and back of bowl also have 2 facing dragons above waves at bottom rim. T urquoise enameled background with “cloud” cloisons. The bowl has very minor no-harm pitting in enamel, otherwise in excellent condition for age with no chips, cracks or repairs. Measures 2 1/2″ high and 10″ in diameter. Weighs 2.2 pounds.
