A beautiful rare antique Chinese export silver card case. It is hallmarked with a Chinese character, the 85 standard mark, and makers mark HO, I would date this piece to c1890. It has been superbly made being embossed with a dragon on one side bamboo on the other. It is in superb condition being free from splits holes and repairs, the lid fits tightly, the are initials to the cartouche.
