Contrasting borders and small cloud collar with satin stitch embroidery of maidens in garden settings. The sleeves are unusual with a dragon and phoenix design possibly indicating use as a wedding robe or some association with a wedding ceremony. Outstanding condition with no stains or damage to be seen. It measures 48 inches long and sleeves 49 inches sleeve end to sleeve end.
