Large Doucai Dragon Fish Bowl (RDC051601). 1900 – 1910s Late Qing – Republic period Porcelain with underglaze cobalt blue and overglaze enamels Width / Diameter (at widest points): 30 cm / 11.8 in Height: 14.5 cm / 5.7 in From a Netherlands estate / private collection A large, heavily potted late Qing – Republic period porcelain’gang’ or fish bowl, fully decorated with doucai qilong dragons amongst rolling waves. Two cobalt blue lion heads are attached to both ends. The reverse features a flat, unglazed base and an underglaze blue Qianlong seal mark. Condition: Basically perfect antique condition, some firing spots and 1 tiny fleabite glaze chip to the mouth rim. Please examine all photos carefully, as they are part of the condition report.
