Chinese porcelain jar, called Swatow ware, from the Zhangzhou kilns, dating to the late. It’s heavily potted with a bulbous ovoid shaped body & applied four lug handles to the shoulder. Decorated in under-glaze blue with two Dragons amongst the clouds & foliage on a pale celadon ground. There is some crazing with hairlines to the glaze & firing faults to the base, otherwise in excellent condition with no major damage, as pictured. Size: H 37cm x W 26cm.
