ANTIQUE EARLY 20TH C CHINESE EMBROIDERED SILK WOMEN ROBE W. PHOENIX & DRAGON EMBROIDERY! Beautiful antique beginning of the 20th century Chinese embroidered women’s robe. On a grayish blue damask silk material features intricately embroidered phoenix bird (the back) and dragon (the front) roundels surrounded with blooming flowers and plants. Embroidered in fine satin stitches using off white silk threads. The robe measures 51.5 (131 cm) long. Condition : good antique condition overall, with insignificant tearing to the collar and repair to the one of the sleeve bands(see pictures).
