About the item: Pair of antique late 19th century Chinese bronze vases on their original wooden stands , c 1890. They are nicely cast and composed with great dragon decoration in relief – both have a coiling dragon wrapped around the body and neck of the vases. They have aged nicely with good patina /colour. One vase has had an historic repair to the rim (as shown in the photographs) , but otherwise they are in good original condition with only minor surface wear, very much as you would expect from something that is 100 years old.
