Since I don’t know Chinese or the language in which the inscriptions are made, I don’t know exactly what they say. A friend tells me that one of the faces literally says “Every year wishful spring”, as well as peace year after year. Apparently it is a sumptuous wedding gift. I do not know what time it is, although judging by the appearance of the materials, it must be from the 19th century, but it could be earlier. Measurement: About 13.5 inches high x 9 inches wide x 7 inches deep. One of the decorative pieces of the ceiling is missing. The ring in the mouth of one of the dragons on the sides is missing. Otherwise, in good condition for its age, I do not see any other defect. Only the wear caused by age, and a lot of dust.
