Antique Asian Japanese / Chinese Hand Painted Room Divider Screen Dragon Censer. AMAZING four panel room divider! Beautifully hand painted and engraved. I’m unsure of when this was manufactured exactly but most are listed as being 1920’s-1940’s. The subject matter on mine is unique and in my opinion the best I’ve seen. I haven’t found another like it. Up top there are women in period dresses with dragons and landscapes. On the bottom there are censers and vases. On the reverse there are flowers/plants and birds in black lacquer. The feet are wrapped in copper with felt to protect your floor. This immediately can become the centerpiece of a room as artwork or could be used for its intended purpose to divide rooms or to change behind. Perfect for a home or business.
