Antique Carved Pagodas, Impressive Oriental Carved Dragons Chasing Pearl. On offer is this fabulous pair of important carved and stained pagodas. Please see below for many more photographs. Measuring approximately 30 tall (including finials). These are simply stunning. The detail is amazing. The bases are inlaid and carved, with Greek Key pattern surrounding the very bottom and top. Each panel depicts something different. One side of the panels have intricately carved and stained dragons chasing the pearl. The opposite side has wonderful birds of paradise. The top sections are detailed with the same Greek Key pattern to the base, then the little fences, all intricately made to sit in place between carved slots, some of the top sections of the verandas have come away, clearly seen in the photographs but can be set back to sit in place. This can easily be resolved by keeping the photographs below as reference to put any sections which might slot out of place. There is one section which holds a bell into place missing and a missing bell on one other section. The bells are all hand carved and attached with metal wires to look like chains and the bells move when the breeze through the window meets them. It is rare to find these for sale now, even rarer to find in such good condition. _gsrx_vers_526 GS 6.6.6 (526). ANTIQUE CHINESE 37 TALL JARDINIERE & PEDESTAL W/DRAGON DESIGN IMPRESSIVE FORM. Approx Size: 37 tall which includes both pieces. 18.5 wide across including the handles of the jardiniere. This is an important piece of pottery. Highly detailed, good color, heavy ceramic and fine color. The jardiniere shows a spider web hairline to the base which does not go through, however from inside the jar there is one faint hairline that is unrelated to the outside ones as seen in my photos. IMPRESSIVE ANTIQUE CHINESE UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND RED PLANTER WITH DRAGONS 19C

This listing is for a beautiful Chinese porcelain planter dating to the 19th century. The planter is hand painted around the exterior with underglaze blue and red dragons bordered by bands of stylized waves circling the outside. The planter has a squared off top rim painted with blossoms in blue accented with red. It is a large piece measuring 18 inches (45.75cm) across and standing 16 inches (41cm) tall. The planter has been split and professionally restored. The restoration is as good as we have seen and is extremely difficult to notice. In addition, all questions must be asked at least 12 hours prior to a lot closing. This allows us time to inspect the item and take additional photos if needed. Many of the items we sell are well over 100 years old. Inherently, these items will have some minor or light wear. Any major flaws and damages ie.
