A large and near mint piece of sterling silver and gold artwork from China’s early 20th century era displaying a highly detailed and raised firing dragon. The intensity and ferocity of the dragon is prevailing. The dragon is gold filled and shines. The inside is also gold washed. The case is large and is shaped in a curved style making it much easier to handle and save in a a pocket. It also appears more elegant. The other side is clean. The entire case exterior is hammered, and gives a special textured background. The inside of the case is very clean, gold washed, and is hallmarked for silver purity sterling, or 925. Case measures 5 1/4″ by 3 1/8″ and it’s 3/8 thick. The clasp works fine, by pressing it it opens and closes tight. There is no resistance upon closure or when holding the case open.
