Antique late-19th / early-20th Century Chinese Export Solid Silver teapot, spherical body embossed with dragons amongst clouds, spout and handle also modelled as a dragons. The base is Hallmarked with a Chinese mark, the unusual style suggests that it might be the product of a silversmith operating outside one of the principal cities. In Great Condition – no damage. AN ANTIQUE CHINESE QIANLONG PERIOD YELLOW JADE DRAGON PENDANT PLAQUE 18th C NR

The plaque is carved from a single piece of rare yellow nephrite jade with russet veining. The carving features a sinuous horned dragon that curls around it’s own body with its tail forming the head of another dragon. The level of carving and polishing is exquisite given the small scale, a level of quality that has become synonymous with jade work from the Qianlong Period. The color of the jade may vary according to your computer monitor settings. The stone is of a faint yellow hue with russet splashes and russet veining (natural fissures). The veins/fissures on this piece are natural to the jade and were present before the jade was carved. The piece has been inspected very closely, is in very good overall condition for its age (see images), and has no damage. The plaque measures approximately 5.5 cm tall. Antique Chinese late Qing Dynasty silk brocade semi-formal dragon robe. , featuring 9 5-claw golden dragons amidst clouds and treasure symbols, woven with gilt-wrap threads. Lined with light blue silk. The 5 gilt metal toggle buttons missing. Condition: Fair, damages and wear from age, some damages along the hem and at shoulders. Old Chinese Qing Imperial Court Embroidered 5 Claw Dragons Silk Summer Robe. Blue is the dominant color.. And shows age and use. But the garment is intact. The sleeves are a little more fancier than ones I’ve seen… Some areas have just plain wear. I did find a button loop or two that needs attention. The buttons are brassy rosettes. The vases is a near pair, as you can see, interestingly, there are some differences between them: the vase to the left is with more green colour, and the vase to the right is with more red colour, Also, dragons on the vase are very slightly different… Please study pictures for this. Delightful antique Chinese carved bovine bone dragon toggle. The dragon is to be seen with his great head bending down to his feet. Slightly abstracted in design, he has two Chinese characters on either side. It is 1 3/4 inches long, 7/8 inches wide, and 1/4 inch thick.
