Antique Chinese Genuine Red Cinnabar Lacquer Dragon Vase Pair Large 26 Lamp HTF. This is a spectacular pair of Chinese genuine red cinnabar Lacquer Large matching dragon vase lamps. There are differing scenes surrounding vase with figures and pagodas and mountains and each vase has matching images. The lamps measure 26 inches (66 cm) to the lamp socket and each vase height is about 23 inches (58.4 cm) without the socket. Each lamp weighs about 8.3 pounds (3.76 Kg) by itself without any packing materials or about 16.6 pounds (7.52 Kg) for the pair. Here’s what I stated about the condition of these rare, monumental size vases. Vases and lids in very good condition with some minor chips, nicks, and scratches. One lamp works and the other lamp needs a new socket to work because bulb can’t be screwed in. Truly a rare, hard to find, spectacular Chinese large red cinnabar matching vase lamp pair, that are hard to find and are exceptional to display, so you may want to grab them quick, before they’re gone! We had the good fortune to acquire this magnificent 19th century Chinese Imperial Court Five Toed Kesi Dragon Robe constructed of blue silk brocade with colored silk and gold thread. This robe would have been hand woven for a member of the Chinese Court. If this blue is deemed to be “Imperial Blue” then the robe would have been made for the Emperor or member of the Imperial family. Bottom Width: 34″, Width across shoulders (cuff to cuff): 67″. Featuring gold Imperial five clawed dragons chasing a flaming pearl among clouds, and interspersed with Buddhist “Auspicious Symbols”, along with colorful cranes, shou medallions and other symbols, above a gold swirling wave border. The black ground collar and horse shoe cuffs also with gold five claw dragons, Buddhist symbols and gold wave border. This is an exceptional Chinese bronze antique Ming Dynasty vase. I was told by Christie’s that it is from 1400 to 1600 AD. It has some damage from use from age and but overall is a beautiful and very rare piece. We have not cleaned it at all as we did not want to do more harm than good and affect the patina. It measures 11 1/8″ in overall height x 5 1/4″ wide at widest point not including handles. Up for sale is a very nice quality antique Chinese Qianlong Qing Dynasty celadon vase. It has an applied dimensional dragon climbing around the shaft of the vase. The vase is hand sculpted from a pottery material and has a high gloss green celadon finish. It measures 9 1/2 inches tall by 5 inches wide. Fine Chinese Ming Chenghua Style. Important Antique Chinese Qing Qianlong MK Blue and White Underglazed Enamel Dragon Porcelain Vase. ITEM DESCRIPTION: For your consideration is an outstanding Chinese blue and white globular porcelain vase. It has a truly one of the best underglazed iron red dragon. The combination of blue white and underglazed iron red color is among the most difficult technique of ceramic making. Because of the huge difference of the firing temperatures of both colors, most underglazed iron red painting would be melted together and lose its strokes and shapes. Take a look at our close up pictures of the dragon of this vase, every stroke is clear. It has some small green spot, evidence of true underglazed iron red color. The dragon wrapped its body around the globular body and neck of this vase. The blue cloud around the dragon is painted with different style than other Qianlong vase you have probably seen. Without any major strokes, the cloud is actually formed with many small dots. Top and bottom is still decorated with traditional waves of the oceans. Underneath it has a 6 character Qing Qianlong seal mark. It’s in good condition without any major imperfection, only normal wear and tear. It measures 476mm or 18-3/4 tall.
