It is larger and does not bear the marking “made in China”. Truly an amazing old collectible piece. Approximate measurements: 9″ x 4.5″ x 6. Weighs: 7lb and 6.5oz. Condition: As seen in pictures. Hinge needs to repaired along with the wooden part attached to it. Wood piece still fits right in. There is some wear inside the wood lining along with some corrosion on the outside giving this box a beautiful patina. Box shows it’s age but it is still remarkable. Don’t let this one go by.
