There are cords under the embroidery around the head to give it shape and the copper embroidery on the body is a weaving pattern to give the appearance of scales. The large dragon in the middle is also embroidered with metallic copper thread with padding in the forehead and nose to add dimension. The embroidery on the body is mimicking a scale pattern and there are brown, green, white, and blue embroidered details. There are smaller dragons embroidered around the cuffs and collar with metallic copper embroidered waves and clouds around them.
