Late Qing Chinese’Gold Thread’ Embroidery Sleeve Panels. Delicately Embroidered with Couched Gold Thread on a Blue Silk Ground. I believe them to be a pair of’Sleeve Panels’ stitched together for display purposes. Depicting 5-Toed Dragon and Phoenix amongst Clouds above Rocks & Waves. Late 19thC, Qing Dynasty. The frame measures 52cm x 20cm. Excellent condition with no visible damage, preserved under glass. Framed and ready to hand.
