Offering this unusual pair of antique Chinese carved stone longma seals or bookends. The dragon horse is a fairly uncommon subject, and I haven’t seen anything like these before! They are unfortunately showing their age with several small chips around the edges of both pieces and a repaired back leg on one longma as shown in the last picture but are otherwise complete and display well. There is an old handwritten note on the paper on the bottom of one, but age has rendered it illegible. Each measures about 3 1/2″ x 2″ across the base and 7 1/2 tall.
