Description: A Large and fine hardwood figure of two dragons dating to the 19th/20th centaur C1890s-1920. The figure is very finally carved with two dragon with inset glass eyes and carved teeth. The figure comes complete with its own original fitted stand. Please see all photos. Condition: In perfect condition, there is slight bumps/small sliver chips to edges of the sun like medallion, it is also removable and would have once been fully pegged in, but sits tightly for display. FINE ANTIQUE LATE 19thC / EARLY 20th CHINESE CLOISONNE ON BRONZE DRAGON VASE. A very decorative and fine quality late 19th or early 20th Century Chinese cloisonne vase, decorated around the body with two dragons, with floral detail above to the shoulders. The cloisonne enamel detail is on bronze, gilded to the upper and lower rims, and on a mottled beige ground. The vase is unsigned, but exhibits true quality. Height: 12 cm or 4 3/4 inches. Width: 8.4 cm or 3 1/4 inches. In good condition, with some cracking, to the deep brown enamel around the upper rim, as well as a small shallow chip to the side. Fine Antique Chinese Enameled Porcelain Vase With Dragons Qianlong Mark

The vase has what I believe to be the Qianlong mark in underglaze red on the bottom, from the Qing Dynasty. You can see the age and the beauty of craftsmanship in the photographs. The outside of the vase is sort of a jade green or celadon color while the inside and bottom of the base is a robin egg blue. There are two dragons depicted- one in the clouds blowing water or wind at the other in the sea. This vase is a wonder to look at and I cannot find anything like it in books or online. It measures almost 6 inches tall and 5 inches wide. In beautiful antique condition with a small kiln flaw on rim and a bit of crazing inside the vase. Please see all pictures. Fine Antique Chinese Underglaze Red Blue Porcelain Snuff Bottle Two Dragons 19C. We are pleased to offer this fine antique Chinese underglaze red and blue porcelain snuff bottle. It is finely decorated with two dragons chasing a flaming pearl. It likely dates to the 19th century. It stands about 3 1/4 inches tall. Overall, the condition is good. There is a chip on the unglazed portion of the footrim (please see photos). There are no other chips, cracks or repairs. This fine antique Chinese snuff bottle is fresh from an old estate. We will not end auctions early unless we have made an error in the listing.
