This antique lacquered Qing Chinese Elm professionally restored basket comes with a newer tasseled good luck endless knot (good luck) charm. Its intricate designs features double stylized dragons at the middle of the bridge of the handles and a large painted peony at the top cover with gold accents showcasing the craftsmanship of the 19th century era. The basket is made of elm wood, Its large size makes it perfect for displaying or storing items and it even features handles for easy transportation. It was use for rice storage or container. Great condition for age, there are great repairs which makes the piece more sturdy and would definitely would last another life time. Please check photos for further evaluation. Measures : 16 ” tall x 14 1/2″ length.

Please review all pictures closely for overall condition and size, as this helps form the overall condition/description of the item. Wear is consistent with age and use. Has some Wear, roughness on the bottom, 2 chips in the inside rim. No cracks coming off of the chips or anywhere that we could find on this piece. It rings out well when tapped with a finger. Has some roughness spots and wear/loss to some glaze. Overall condition is very, very good. Sturdy and strong piece. Very nice size at 12.5″ tall, 15″ across and weighs about 21 pounds. Lovely glaze and colors. 3 drainage holes on the bottom. Item was very well cared for. Please, review and message us with any questions, we respond fast.

ANTIQUE CHINESE LARGE BRONZE & CLOISONNE IMPERIAL DRAGON JARDINIERE. Found at an upscale estate sale. Antique, 19th century, ca. 1845, large Imperial Dragons, bronze and cloisonne jardiniere. Beautiful Dragons with excellent detail. As expected, there is light wear, chipped paint on inside and bottom. Center has hole for drainage. Signed on bronze bottom foot rim. The Jardiniere measures approximately 6 3/4″ in height and approximately 8 3/4″ in diameter. Pictures are a part of the description. Large Chinese silver mug, ca 1880. Cylindrical bowl with bellied and beaded dragon-encircled bottom. Pastoral frieze with farmers tilling soil and water buffalo pulling plow. In background buildings and trees. Sweet scenes of country life that contrast with the scary, scaly dragon forming s-scroll handle that grips the bowl with talons. A horned voyeuristic beast that peers over the rim with gaping, fanged jaws. Chinese marks and initials WF for Wing Fat in Canton. Overall dimensions: H 7 x W 7 3/8 x D 4 1/4 in. Weight: 16.8 troy ounces.
