This is an amazingly beautiful, hand made, Chinese robe. This would be perfect for a special occasion, or to display. It is fragile, just by nature, made of delicate, fine silks, but wearable (with care). The garment is wonderfully embroidered with colorful flowers, dragons, butterflies, birds and more. The colors are so rich and vivid. The main silk is deep, tangerine orange, with seafoam green silk brocade cuffs. The sleeves are wide, and the cuffs are well decorated. You may have seen copies of this type of garment, but this one is very different. It looks like it was made for a princess! The lining is made of nearly sheer, and thin silk in the light sea-foam green. The robe closes with black, knotted silk buttons. This would be best for a small size.
