Antique 19th C Chinese high grade Silver handled Basket with large dragon, inside has circle medallion with lots of writing may be a verse or presentation. We have no way to tell as we can not read it. Has makers hallmarks on bottom. Basket is all hand wrought 7 1/4 in. Wide x approximate 6 1/2 in. High when handle is up, weighs 8.35 troy ounces and is excellent. All Sterling will have to be polished as we sell it just the way we find it.
