This Chinese carved censer is 7 5/8 inches tall and 7 ΒΌ inches wide. The censer has a carved dragon on the top of the lid and on each handle. There are carved rings around the piece. One that that is unusual about the piece is that it disassembles into 4 pieces. Tool marks are visible and you can tell it was made by hand. There are no marks. This likely dates to the late 19. The only damage is that one of the rings has broken off and is missing on the bottom. There is a nick to a spot on one of the dragon handles.
