Up for sale is a very nice quality antique Chinese Qianlong Qing Dynasty celadon vase. It has an applied dimensional dragon climbing around the shaft of the vase. The vase is hand sculpted from a pottery material and has a high gloss green celadon finish. It measures 9 1/2 inches tall by 5 inches wide. Antique Chinese Yellow Nephrite Jade (Chicken Bone) Tube-Hydra dragon & Clouds

A Chinese yellow chicken bone nephrite jade tube carved in low relief with hydra and cloud symbols. There are two oblique conical holes at the ends that do not go all the way through as there is material impacted inside the tube. One side of the stone is a true butter yellow altered chicken bone and the other side is mottled yellow/grey/white. The soft polish is consistent on all areas of the jade except inside the holes. This chicken bone nephrite has been density tested with a specific gravity of 2.9. It measures nearly 7cm long and is almost 3cm in diameter on the larger end of the tube which tapers to 2.5cm at the other end. It weighs 50.56 grams. Thank you for your interest. Each side decorated with attractive traditional Chinese cultural designs depicting Dragon, Fo-Lion, mythology Phoenix bird, bamboo plant, turtle, Sakura & floral motifs, surrounded with etched longevity medallions. Very interesting Hand carved Chinese Jade two-handled bowl/dish. Dish has carving of dragon on inside & handles are idealized animal/beast heads. Appears to be very old & still has dirt in the grooves as if it was buried and unearthed at some time. This dish comes from the estate of an avid Asian artifact collector. I do not have information as to it’s era, origin, or use. Measures 5″ long (handle to handle), 3-1/2″ across, 1-3/8 tall.
