Up for your consideration is a pair of late Qing-dynasty Chinese cloisonné candle holders featuring opposing dragons, c. These early cloisonné pieces are superbly crafted, and have acquired a rich patina. They measure 7.25″ tall, and the base is 3.75″ in diameter. Both pieces are in excellent condition, free of dents, dings, or losses to the enamel. Although hard to detect, there appears to be a minor stress area at the top the base (as shown in the last photo). It is detected by some minor roughness, and perhaps some lightness in the blue.
