ANTIQUE CHINESE ROSEWOOD CARVED DRAGONS,, ROYAL PAINTING ON… This has been one of my most cherished items. Have taken good care of it. The painting has no signature. I don’t know who it is. Some high ranking official or high court someone or other. The silk has two issues on both lower corners. Please see pictures up close of the areas. I have never exposed it to sunlight. I only have cleaned the wood with earswabs & orange oil. This wood gets very thirsty and it loves orange oil. Have never used any products with wax. I would say the silk is very fragile. But it is protected as long as it doesn’t get removed from its containment. Silk painting: 6″×3 3/4″. Carved wood frame: 11 1/2″ tall × 9 1/8″ across ×3/4 deep. PLEASE USE ALL PICTURES AS REFERENCE.
