This is an amazing royal blue silk Chinese Embroidered robe/jacket. It’s lined in the same silk inside. The embroidery is just gorgeous. It features dragons on the red sleeve bands and a dragon and phoenix motif on the body of the jacket. There are lot of symbolic embroideries on this from bats to flaming pearls to It’s really quite striking. You could wear it or it could be art on your wall. Just install a nice curtain rod on your wall and hang it instead of a painting. 48 inches from sleeve end to sleeve end. 20 inches underarm to underarm. 37 inches from shoulder to hem. If you are interested in wearing this I would think it would fit a ladies medium. With the exception of fraying on the collar and left shoulder it’s really in lovely shape for an antique silk robe. Gram Weight : 10.1 grams. 925 sterling silver brooch. Diameter: 7.55 mm. Color: semi-translucent orange hue. Accent Stone Measurements/Color. Stone Treatment: The stone(s) appear to be untreated, but we are not certified gemologists. Stone(s) have been tested and guaranteed using a professional Presidium Duo refractive, heat, and hardness tester. Stone Cuts: Carved and polished round bead. Brooch, lapel pin, hat pin, scarf pin, tie pin. Closure Type: Pin stem with an open “c” clasp. Convertible to Pendant: If desired, your local jeweler can add a bale to this piece so it can be worn as a pendant. Handmade during the Art Deco era in China. Crafted into the likeness of a Chinese dragon accented with coiled rope twist accents. The dragon is coiled around a carnelian bead which is orange and semi-translucent.
