The case is decorated on each side with an ornate pierced design of a dragon surrounded by clouds. Finished with a chain handle. Hallmarked as pictured on the bottom edge. The case is accompanied by two period lady’s calling cards. In overall excellent condition with general surface wear but no dents, dings, or breaks to the pierced filigree. The clasp closes securely. Measures 3 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ across, about 7/16 deep. The chain handle measures about 16 long. Total weight of 2.42 troy oz. This ornate card case will make a charming antique accessory.
