A beautiful couple antique etched glass (3 layers) and engraved vases, decorated with four claw dragons playing in the clouds, not mirrored. Private Collection, (Brussels / Belgium). Republic (1917 – 1949). Four character apocryphal Qianlong mark. Glass with silver foil inclusions. About 9.6 inch high (24.5 cm). Take also a look at my other Chinese antiques. This is a very nice antique Chinese white jade belt buckle with a dragon head hook. It is in nice condition with a small hairline crack along one side. The hairline has darkened over time. This measures approximately 4 inches long. It weighs 54 grams. It has very nice carving. The color has a slight green tint. BEAUTIFUL LARGE ANTIQUE OLD CHINESE KESI SILK DRAGON ROBE 19C

This week Chamberlain Antiques is pleased to offer over 250+ lots of fine Asian antiques and works of art. Included in the sale is an impressive collection of Chinese porcelains, bronzes, jades, paintings, and other works of art. 99 with NO RESERVE. Thank you for looking and good luck!!! This listing is for a lovely Chinese Kesi robe dating to the 19th century. The robe of a blue ground is intricately decorated with a pattern of dragons in flight surrounded by clouds and other objects above a band of stylized waves below. The sleeves with gilt thread bands and the buttons of a gilt metal. The robe stands 50 inches tall and measures 78 inches across the sleeves. There is some significant wear to the robe. There are a couple holes in the outer layer which have been pictured, there are some loose and missing gilt thread bands, the ends of the sleeves are deteriorated. Please see photos for details. In addition, all questions must be asked at least 12 hours prior to a lot closing. This allows us time to inspect the item and take additional photos if needed. Many of the items we sell are well over 100 years old. Inherently, these items will have some minor or light wear. Any major flaws and damages ie. For your consideration is this lovely Chinese pale celadon jade belt buckle letter opener. It measures 8 1/2″ long and the jade piece measures just short of 3 1/2″ x 1/2 wide. The jade appears to be in good condition with no major chips, with one natural looking crack line that runs along the bottom of the buckle. It is not visible from the top of the buckle and will not detract from it’s beauty. The wire piece does not secure the buckle to the letter opener as it was tied with thread that I removed.
