THERE IS REPAIRED DAMAGE TO THE SUGAR BOWL LID INSIDE RIM AND THERE IS VERY SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE HOT WATER JUG LID INSIDE RIM AS SHOWN IN PHOTO 8, THERE HAS ALSO BEEN SOME DMAGE TO THE PEWTER ON THE TEA POT BASE AS SHOWN IN PHOTO 12. A RARE antique CHINESE PORCELAIN ROBINS EGG DRAGON CENSER MUSEUM PIECE 19TH CENT
A rare Chinese Robin’s egg glaze tripod censer with a silver mounting and a wooden Zitan? Cover, a decoration in relief depicting two four claw dragons chasing the flaming pearl, two ruyi shaped handles, supported on three beast-head legs with claws. Private Collection (Paris / France). Porcelain, silver and wood. Only the censer (without wooden cover) is a bout 5.5 inch high (14 cm). Take also a look at my other Chinese antiques.
