Rare Chinese Export Solid Silver Easel Back Frame. Description – Splendid late 19th century good size easel back solid silver photograph/ picture frame of rectangular form and decorated in relief with a highly detailed Chinese claw dragon and hinged easel back silver rods. Chinese character hallmarks with the letter “S” and “85” stamped indicating 850/1000 silver purity. Condition – In good condition with a bend in the back frame causing a weld tack to break which does not cause any weakness(please inspect end photographs). Images part of both the description and condition report. Dimensions – 19cm high x 14.1cm wide. The weight is 138 grams. Please have a browse in my shop.
